Family friendly yet pricey

We had a family suite that was very comfy, separate sections provided enough privacy for all of us. Breakfast was fantastic – everything from crispy bacon to the best sausage – can’t get enough.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the decent space we got, I’d say it was somewhat acceptable.

The room was comfy with a lovely setup, and the homemade Yorkshire puddings were absolutely to die for. Had a great stay here!

Lovely hosts create a cozy atmosphere. The shower temperature fluctuated, which made things a bit tricky. Great location near the beach and excellent breakfast options.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the nearby theme park and enjoyed a thrilling day at the exciting stock car racing circuit. The location was perfect for strolling on the beach and catching some local entertainment. Breakfast was scrumptious, and the place felt really welcoming.

One hiccup was that the shower took a while to warm up, which was a bit annoying, but it didn't ruin our stay.

Okay, let's dish it out! The breakfast at Ivydene was a proper feast—hats off to the full English! Plus, the owners, Claire and Kitty, are absolute gems, making your stay feel like home. And don't get me started on the fab position near De Bao Chinese Restaurant for some tasty takeout!

Now, a cheeky little poke—sorting out the shower took a bit. It was like a hot-to-cold rollercoaster ride! Just needed a bit of fiddling for it to play nice, but once it did—smooth sailing!

This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, a bar lounge area, and a flat-screen TV. The staff helped me find my way on my first visit, and I appreciated their care. Highly recommend for a cozy stay!

The family suite was spacious, and we loved how it had separate areas for privacy. the location made it super easy to hit nearby shops and the beach.

stayed for 2 nights n it was fab. the rooms were clean n comfy, like really comfy beds. breakfast was sooo good, filled us up for the day. the owners were super friendly n welcoming, made us feel right at home. loved the fact everything was well stocked with tea n coffee tray in the room.

only downside was the limited parking n the bathroom felt a bit small. could be better with those aspects.

It was just an excellent fit for a short visit in Skegness with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast was nice, I couldn’t fault it. Try to arrive earlier to avoid any stress.

Our Family Suite was ideal, giving us space to relax while being just a short walk to the beach and bustling local shops.

Family with kids will love it

The owners are truly exceptional, they went out of their way for us, especially Claire, helping us celebrate my daughter's birthday like it was special to them too. The breakfast was just perfect, choice of everything, fresh ingredients, and cooked to order, made me feel like a king for a day.

It wasn't cheap but I guess for such a great experience, it’s acceptable.
